Mitchell Construction is the building arm of Rainy Lake Developments, bringing decades of hands-on residential construction experience to Northwestern Ontario.
Mitchell Construction is built on more than three decades of residential construction knowledge. Owner Tim Mitchell brings approximately 27 years of personal construction experience, including extensive time spent working on active residential developments throughout Southern Ontario.
That background includes work for major contractors and established builders such as Sandcor Homes and Great Gulf, along with residential construction experience in Angus, Collingwood, Caledon, Caledon East, Brampton, Ajax, Whitby and other Ontario communities.
One of the historical developments in that experience is Pretty River Phase 2 in Angus. Additional development names, builders, dates, scope details and unit counts will be added as the historical project archive is completed.
The value of that experience is not simply a list of addresses. It is the knowledge developed over years of building homes in active residential environments where scheduling, coordination, quality, inspections and production all matter.
