Owner Tim Mitchell brings approximately 27 years of personal construction experience, including extensive time spent working on active residential developments throughout Southern Ontario.<\/p>\n              <p>That background includes work for major contractors and established builders such as Sandcor Homes and Great Gulf, along with residential construction experience in Angus, Collingwood, Caledon, Caledon East, Brampton, Ajax, Whitby and other Ontario communities.<\/p>\n              <p>One of the historical developments in that experience is Pretty River Phase 2 in Angus. Additional development names, builders, dates, scope details and unit counts will be added as the historical project archive is completed.<\/p>\n              <p>The value of that experience is not simply a list of addresses.
