Skills that last.<\/h1><p class=\"mci-lead\">Mitchell Construction is building a pathway into paid construction work for people returning from incarceration, recovery or another difficult chapter.<\/p><\/div><\/section>          <section class=\"mci-section\"><div class=\"mci-wrap mci-reading-grid\"><aside><div class=\"mci-eyebrow\">THE OPPORTUNITY<\/div><h2>Your next chapter should have room to grow.<\/h2><\/aside><div class=\"mci-reading\"><p>We want to connect motivated people with entry-level construction opportunities, hands-on learning and a clear route toward greater responsibility. Experience is welcome, but a willingness to learn, show up and work safely matters most.<\/p><p>The program is being developed with a focus on paid work, practical instruction and respectful supervision. When roles become available, they may include site preparation, material handling, carpentry assistance, renovation work and other duties suited to each person's training and the job.<\/p><p>You do not need to share your conviction, treatment or medical history in the form below.
